EVERY THURSDAY & FRIDAY IS SEAFOOD NIGHT AT PACE ONE
Every Thursday and Friday, Pace One will offer 10 fresh seafood entrees dinners for $20.00. This will include a house salad or cup of soup, entrée, and beverage.
There will be at least five different fresh fish entrees and many shell fish entrees.

Golden Corvino Fish grilled and topped with a mango, pineapple, roasted red pepper, jalapeno and Malibu rum chutney

Ahi Tuna sesame crusted pan seared rare and glazed with sweet soy, ginger, garlic and srirachi accompanied with wakine salad and wasabi

Soft Shell Crabs lightly floured sautéed and finished with a garlic, white wine, lemon and parsley butter sauce.

Grouper Turbins wrapped around a shrimp imperial and finished with a light Cajun beurre blanc.

Orange Roughy blackened and finished with a sweet citrus butter sauce.

Oysters Rockefeller stuffed with spinach, onion, splash of pernod and gruyere cheese.

Poached Chilled Salmon Salad served over mixed greens accompanied with dill, cucumber, red onion and fresh fruit

Stuffed Shrimp with crabmeat broiled and finished with a citrus butter sauce.

Mussels steamed in a spicy tomato sauce and served over linguini
- Southern Fried Red Snapper cornmeal coated then sautéed and topped with shrimp, bacon, scallions, and bell peppers served with a rice pilaf.
